Our small group decided to celebrate Jesus's birthday by having our children come to our classroom during our normal small group time last Sunday. Several of our families were out of town due to the approaching holiday, but we still had a great turnout.
We had a Nativity Bingo Game, a Bible story and re-enactment of Jesus's birth, a candy cane craft and story, and gingerbread craft. We ended the party singing "Happy Birthday Jesus" and having cupcakes. The kids had a great time!
